Terms of serviceBefore commissioning, I require that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to my Terms of Service. Please note that these terms are subject to change, so be sure to review them regularly.GeneralStarting prices are base estimates and may increase based on material costs, character complexity, and additional features (e.g., wings, spikes, custom patterns, etc.)Commissions will only begin once 50% of the total payment has been received.I do not replicate or match the styles of other makers. Please commission me for my unique style.Major commission updates will be posted on my socials unless specified otherwise beforehand (I am willing to descuss N.D.A. as I have previously accomidated)WIP (Work-in-Progress) photos and updates will be provided whenever possible.Please request any changes during the WIP phase. Once the product passes 50% completion, major changes cannot be made.Estimated dates are always strived for but please know delays can occur.You acknowledge and agree to a maximum Turn around time of a Year from commissioning.I may use photos and videos of your commission for promotional purposes.All products are quality-checked before shipping. I am not responsible for damage once the product is in your hands.While All products are closely Checked for quality, Please remember that these are hand made pieces of art, not made in a factory. Small, tiny, man made errors might be in your commission. If it looks like a bigger issue to you, Please reach out and We can solve best as possible.I offer repairs but will not accept repair requests if the product has been altered by any 3rd party (this does not include cleaning or natural wear)Allergy notice: I have A cat in the shop, Please note this before Commissioning if Allergic.
